  • The stretching class starts with a series of warm-up exercises to prepare the muscles for stretching. Following the warm-up, we transition into a series of approximately one-minute-long stretches designed to improve overall mobility, correct posture, and alleviate tension in the neck and lower back regions.

  • For a successful stretching class in a working space or residential community event, ensure a clean and spacious area that can comfortably fit yoga mats, whether indoors or outdoors, based on the number of participants attending the class.

  • The class time can be tailored to your goals and preferences. We offer the flexibility to customize the class to fit into your lunch break for tension relief or have a full 60-minute session after work hours.
