What is a dancer body?
When we say “dancer body” we are typically referring to a body that is long and lean. Compare to a body builder, dancer’s big muscles such as quads or biceps are developed as much as small muscles of the body that creates balanced, but strong physic.
Ballet inspired workouts, stretching and ballet classes are all gathered in one place, so you can train like a dancer and achieve your long and lean DANCER body. You can improve your coordination or flexibility and developed one skill that that no other workout delivers: grace. Ballet training can also help you look leaner and taller since it concentrates on extending the body, lengthening muscles and improving posture.

Ballet muscles work out class
Similar to barre class, this class will include different exercises from pilates and physical therapy and yoga stretches to strengthen the correct muscles to improve ballet technique or to achieve a dancer body.
intermediate ballet class
This class is perfect for those you have been taking ballet classes as an adult for a while and would like to explore further the ballet classroom experience.
