We are here to share a way to see the workout world from a different perspective: delivering a toned, strong and flexible dancer body with an artistic workout program. Dancer´s body is typically long, lean and muscular. It is a desirable look that differs from what one can get through typical gym workouts. With us you can train like a dancer and get fit like a dancer. Our classes and work out routines are a fusion of classical ballet methodology combines with physical therapy exercises for dancers, pilates and gymnastic stretches. It sounds complicated but it is actually not. The best part of training like a dancer is a fun of it. The classes are accompany with piano melodies that provide therapeutical effect, but mostly it evokes muscles to move accordingly with music, essentially what the dance is. And dance is fun!
